Few things make me happier than polka dots. They just always seem so cheerful to me! I paired the tie-neck top with a fun orange pleated skirt, vintage clip-on earrings, and tuxedo-inspired heels. I am in love with vintage jewelry and always bee-line for the jewelry counter at every antique store. You can often find amazing, unique pieces at reasonable at antique or vintage stores. I got these little babies for $3!
Top: Newport News, Skirt: H&M (gift), Belt: Off another skirt, Shoes: Cato, Earrings: Vintage

Thank You Kassi - for reminding me that I can get 'gussied up' (too cute) to go the grocery store. There should never be a reason not to dress up, right? We should start a support group for this *winks*. Please don't mind if I don't mention the top (polka dot phobia) But this colour combination is splendid, the skirt is so sweet and flirty.
ReplyDeleteSoooooooooo happy that you used the word "gussied" it needs to make a comeback! Along with "swell" "nifty" "spiffy" "swank" and all those wonderful old fashioned slang words :D
ReplyDeleteThis is just such a classic outfit--pleats and polka dots, red/black/white, chic heels, and vintage love. It's absolutely darling on you!
