Okay. So apparently Mother Nature is confused and thinks it's summer right now. Completely fine by me. I was even a bit warm in this outfit, and I know I am too young to be having hot flashes, so I will blame it on the heat wave. I literally ran back in the house after taking these pictures and ripped the scarf off and proceeded to put shorts on. I always giggle a little when I think about how the southerners must think of us northerners wearing shorts at the first sign of 60 degree weather. You would have been hard pressed to find many people wearing long sleeves on a mid 70s day, like today.
On to the outfit. I adore this maxi dress. I might even venture to say it's my favorite. All of the colors in it make me really happy and also make the accessorizing options for this dress almost endless. Today I decided to keep it simple and casual with a coral scarf, sandals and a statement bracelet. Maxi dresses are so carefree and easy to wear. If you don't already own one, I would highly recommend them.
Maxi Dress: Charlotte Russe, Sandals: Aeropostale, Scarf: Dress Barn (gift), Bracelet: Wild Iris
