What I'm Wearing: Mix & Mingle

Happy Hump Day!  How are you all holding up so far this week? I am doing pretty well myself.
My football team won it's game last night - Go Blue! So naturally I woke up on the right side of the bed this morning. So happy in fact, that I went to bed dreaming up a fun outfit to wear today. I love it when I lay down at night and come up with an awesome outfit idea. I should start writing them down though, because sometimes when I wake up I can't remember what my brilliant idea was. Doh!

I did remember this outfit however, but changed up a few elements based on things that made me say "Oooh, this instead!" One of those things were these adorable thick polka dot tights my parents bought me for Christmas. I love all things polka dot, and these tights are super stylish and cozy. I paired the polka dots with a bright orange pleated skirt, simple long sleeve top, leather blazer and funky color blocked wedges. I absolutely love this outfit, it made me giddy.
Leather Blazer: Goodwill, Long Sleeve T-Shirt - Simply Vera Wang (gift), Skirt: H&M (gift)

  4. Haha, I can totally relate to how you come up with outfits. The same thing happens to me. I've taken to keeping a notebook by my bed just to scribble down all my fabulous ideas then edit it in the morning as I try it on.
And I love the outfit you came up with! Those polka dot tights are too adorable. Great skirt as well. :)
