It's that time of year. Pumpkin products are everywhere! There are pumpkin doughnuts, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin bread and most importantly pumpkin lattes. So, naturally, I had to jump on the pumpkin-wagon and wear my most seasonal blazer. I combined two colors that don't necessarily stand out as going together, just like pumpkins and berries don't necessarily go together. The thought of a pumpkinberry pie kind of makes me nauseous. Yet, somehow I am now hungry for a big loaf of pumpkin bread with cinnamon butter on top. Mmmmmmmm.
I paired this deep eggplant-colored bow blouse with the deep orange blazer, slim boot-cut jeans, point-toed kitten heels and statement earrings. I literally only wear boot-cut jeans once in a blue moon, mainly because I can rarely find a fit I like that is long enough for my Go-Go Gadget legs. So, naturally I had to buy these the moment I tried them on at work because I loved the wash and the fit! Hallelujah! Is anyone else also excited that big statement earrings are making a comeback?
I realize this post is a bit ADD, sometimes my thoughts are all over the place. My apologies.
