My Weekend Shopping Haul...So Far

Hello Everyone. As I mentioned in my last post, I am out shopping this weekend with my mom. Today we hit up the Birch Run Outlet Mall, a  random consignment shop,  and a few other places. As you can tell from the picture above, I am making out pretty well and I still have a whole day of shopping ahead of me at the Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi tomorrow. I am exhausted from today and sick of people in general. You tend to get that way when you have been pushed, stepped on, run over with a cart by people who are too rushed and impolite to even say "excuse me." These behaviors tend to put me in a bad mood, but luckily a trunk full of good purchases kept me from going to the dark side.


I am sure you will see all of this again in future blog posts, but I just wanted to share a sneak preview of what is to come.

 I loved the fringe on this top. Bonus is that it was 40% off it's clearance price- plus the store was giving 11% off , plus I had a 15% off coupon. I think it ended up being around $4.  Those blue patterned tights were also quite cheap and so different I had to give them a whirl.

I am just showing the top of this shirt so you can see the embellishments. It's a 3/4 sleeve sheer blouse. It was $6.50 :) That is a fringed poncho at the top - the one I bought yesterday for $7.

Sorry that this picture is blurry. The leather vest and skirt were bought at a random consignment shop we found. Loving the bright sweater and scarf, the bold print on that skirt is beautiful too.

Some short boots, three different belts and a pretty necklace. :)

Alright, so pants are anti-climatic, but the two pair on the right are dress pants for work that I only paid $8.50 a piece for at New York & Company Outlet (they are talls!) The two pair on the left are skinny cords. I finally found a fit that agreed with my figure and bought two different colors. :)
