What I'm Wearing: Fun Leggings and a Ninja Pose

Tis' the Season -- to layer and bust out leggings every other day. There is a fine coat of snow on the ground, and where I usually am pretty unhappy about the white stuff, I have to stay I don't mind getting a little. Snow makes all of the leafless trees and dying grass beautiful again. The view out of my office window was gorgeous and I was on cloud nine listening to Christmas music as I took in the scenery.  You know what else is awesome about this season? Eggnog shakes from McDonald's. I am obsessed. I think I have had about six this season already, and I don't think I'm done yet. They are only around once a year after all. :)

Anyhoo, I have yet to layer a sweater over a summer dress, so here you are.  I bought this purple dress in the spring and it is a bit short so I typically wouldn't wear it without leggings under it. I picked out a cool pair of gray and black patterned leggings since the dress and sweater are both plain.  Add a cool clear and silver edgy necklace, a shimmery silver belt and flat booties and you have a cute, comfortable cold weather outfit.





I get sick of posing the same way all of the time, so I decided to strike a ninja pose for you all today. What do you think? I look stealthy and dangerous, don't I?

    Very stealthy. Very dangerous. :) I have a major aversion to wearing tights and leggings myself but I love them on other people. Weird, huh?

    Kassi that last pose is fab...do you have a black tie? You can pass as a ninja.. So...in my condo I have a mcdonald's..and they open till midnite lord knows how many of those eggnog drinks you'd help yourself to as you exit the bldg to go to work... HEHEHEHE!
